Who we are

Xavi Guilà and Lluís Casas have been working together for 20 years in the elite international sports environment, pioneering the application of technology in sports. Both field hockey coaches, they introduced revolutionary methodologies in elite sports settings, such as football, where they advise coaches like Pep Guardiola, Joachim Löw, Luis Enrique, Artur Jorge, Tito Vilanova (RIP), Quique Sánchez Flores, Unzué, Jordi Vinyals, Mauricio Pellegrino, among many others. They have also specialized in Olympic disciplines and national and international teams, sharing knowledge across all areas of training and matches.

From this experience arises Vibliotec (VI = Video, BLIO = library (bliblioteca in spanish), TEC = Technology). We are a team of experts in elite sports and technology, led by Xavi and Lluís to lead sports knowledge.

The wide range of professionals at Vibliotec comprises a multidisciplinary team with a developed background in various recognized sports disciplines. The entire teaching staff has been involved in elite sports, and it is precisely this experience, background, and training that they wish to implement through Vibliotec to aid in the intellectual development of all #viblioteckers.
