International headhunter, Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Spain, and field hockey player for the Real Club de Polo de Barcelona and the Spanish national team +40. With a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Sales Management and HR, he has over 20 years of experience in executive talent search, training, and development. He has led national and international projects, specializing in the Sports, Leisure, Tourism, Banking, and E-Commerce sectors. His sports career spans over 30 years, defending the goal for Polo and achieving the European Championship title in 2019 with the national team. He is now preparing for his next major challenge: the 2021 World Cup. Today he is also a Vibliotecker.
