Laura García

My name is Laura García. Throughout my life, I have been linked to the world of sports, which has been so important to me that I decided to make it my profession. Graduated in 2000 in Physical Education Teaching and in 2002 in Sports Sciences, my education did not end with my degree. After completing a postgraduate degree in sports management and as a complement to my work, I have undertaken various training programs that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. Working for 9 years in one of the most important companies in the world of personal training, such as Holmes Place, has given me the opportunity not only to train myself but also to grow as a trainer, teaching training courses for its employees for over 8 years. This, combined with my international experience working as a trainer in Greece, Denmark, and Russia, has broadened my perspective significantly.
