Lluís Casas has been the national hockey coach of various División de Honor teams, such as Junior FC, RC Polo, and the senior women's Catalonia team. He is also a former División de Honor player, a pioneer in the introduction of technologies applied to sports. He has worked on designing performance analysis laboratories in the technical-tactical area, as well as on biomechanical analysis in numerous elite clubs and national and international high-performance centers.
