Carles Cuadrat

Carles Cuadrat was trained at Barça, the club he joined at the age of 10, where he even played some friendly matches with the first team under Luís Aragonés.
He was a member of the team that consecutively won the Copa del Rey Juvenil in 1986 and 1987, playing alongside names like Guillermo Amor, Albert Ferrer, Tito Vilanova, and Cristóbal Parralo. A knee injury sidelined him from the playing field.
He began his coaching career by joining Frank Rijkaard's staff, working with him at Galatasaray S.K. and the Saudi Arabia national team. From then on, he teamed up with Albert Roca and served as his assistant coach for the El Salvador national team before joining Bengaluru FC in 2016, where he worked for two seasons as an assistant coach.
In 2018, he became the head coach of Bengaluru FC, leading them to win the Indian Super League.
Currently, he co-manages Danish club FC Midtjylland alongside Albert Capella. Carles is responsible for all set-piece work (ASP).
