Manuel Pérez Lima

Professional football referee, osteopath, and naturopath. In 1985, after an injury ended his career as a player, he entered the referees' association in Tenerife, beginning his extensive career as a referee. In 2005, he was promoted to La Liga's First Division, and in the 2005/2006 season, he also made his debut as an international referee. In the 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 seasons, he was awarded the 'Guruceta' award for the best Spanish referee. Currently, he is a lecturer, collaborator in media outlets, and writer, all while managing his medical practice. Today he is also a Vibliotecker.
